It's time for the Christian community to settle in, multiply, influence, and love from the outside. Change can start on the outside and work it's way into the inside. Let's quit fighting to get to the inside to spread the fragrance of Christ because we just seem to be hurting people and start doing it on the outside.

Outsider vs. Insider
Instead of trying so hard for Christianity to be an insider maybe we ought to embrace being an outsider. Think about it. How much time is spent fighting against things instead of spreading the fragrance of Christ?

Women Authors You Need to Know and Read
I wanted to share a list of some women authors who have entered my life of late. They are absolutely brilliant and have brought insight to things in my life I didn't know needed more light. Here they are and enjoy their words, they are absolutely sweet in every sense of the word:
- Lauren Winner
- Rachel Held Evans
- Shauna Neiquist
- Sarah Bessy
I hope you enjoy their words, struggles, and journeys as much as I have.
Just Something Small.
If we have chosen to be a disciple of Jesus we have been given adopted status as sons and daughters of the Father through Jesus. This status is not to be taken as a rite, but as a privilege. We have been given it not to sit idly with it and hoard it to ourselves, but to display it through obedience to Christ. God blesses us as children of His not that we would be the recipient of it and leave it there, but that we would display this status attractively in order that others may claim it as well.
Dennis Ngien says we really only have one way of evangelizing to people: make being a follower of Christ as attractive as possible. Being obedient to Christ does this.
I am bound to edit, update, and expand on this, but for now let's leave it here. It is 12:45am.
